The core of the production is represented by the classical DOC wines of Alba-Nebbiolo, Dolcetto and Barbera, but they are now joined by the young vines of Moscato, Arneis, Chardonnay and Freisa, satisying the modern market trends, which, while introducing innovations on the themes of traditional Langa wine-making, sometimes take pleasure in transgressing with white or provocatively fizzy red wines.
On these hills, which speak the language of trsdition and the intelligent toil of the vine-tender, the miracle of this generous pproduct of the grape, which arouses such strong emotions, fostering friendships and inviting hospitality, is renewed each autumn.
The heritage of the past is also to be found in the work in the vineyard, which is carried out without herbicides and with a very restricted use of the chemical products that are still essential in the war against parasites. This has all been made possible by the adoption of new viticultural management techniques. Giuseppe and Luigi strongly believe that a high quality wine can only be obtained by limiting the quantity in favor of sound grapes.
